Our software has no API. Is that a problem?

Not necessarily. File exports, read access to the database or a scheduled exchange often work. We check the options before proposing a solution.

What happens if a system is down?

Exchanges are queued and retried automatically. Errors that need someone's attention trigger an alert.

Can you integrate a specific ERP or CRM?

Yes, as long as it offers a way to exchange data. Tell us which ones you use in your request.
