Work

A selection of platforms designed and maintained by GentBit

A few projects in production that we can show publicly, in very different sectors. For each one: the starting problem, what we built and where to see it.

Redelvia home page

Aviation · Aircraft redelivery

Redelvia

A workspace for airlines and transition teams preparing an aircraft's return at the end of a lease: contract requirements, technical evidence, findings and lessor review.

The problem

Returning a leased aircraft involves technical, contractual and commercial teams working in parallel. Tracking often lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and shared folders, and the real status has to be rebuilt before every review.

What we built

  • Each lease requirement linked to its evidence, owners, findings and deadlines
  • Lessor review flow: submission, change requests and acceptance, with the full decision history
  • Readiness computed from the actual status of requirements, not from document count
  • Access by organization and project, audit history and export of the complete record

PaxRelay home page

Passenger transport

PaxRelay

Connects a carrier's operational systems (air, ferry, rail, coach) and turns a delay or cancellation into a controlled workflow, all the way to the message passengers receive.

The problem

When a departure is delayed or cancelled, the information already exists somewhere: a scheduling tool, an operations inbox, a shared file. The real work is turning it into a consistent response across teams and in both languages.

What we built

  • Connectors via API, webhooks, scheduled feeds, SFTP and files, without replacing existing systems
  • Rules, conditions, approvals and escalation that reflect how the operation actually runs
  • Passenger notices by email and SMS, in French and English, with delivery tracking
  • A traceable record for every event: source, decision, action and outcome

CornerPilot home page

Retail

CornerPilot

Dashboards for grocery and convenience stores using Clover POS: sales, products, stock and alerts, with no change to the register.

The problem

Neighbourhood stores have their sales data in their Clover register, but moving from one report to the next takes time. Slowing products and low stock are easy to miss.

What we built

  • Secure connection to the Clover account, with automatic syncs several times a day
  • Daily view of sales, average basket and best sellers
  • Low-stock and slow-mover alerts, weekly report
  • Bilingual application, sold as subscription plans

Dahira MBTE home page

Community organization · Sherbrooke

Dahira MBTE

Website and member area for Dahira Mafaatihul Bichri Touba Estrie, a Sherbrooke organization: activities, membership, online donations and announcements.

The problem

The organization needed an official information point for its members and the public, a simple way to receive donations and access reserved for members.

What we built

  • Public site: activities, upcoming events and announcements
  • Online donations through Stripe, no account required
  • Membership requests and a member area with sign-in
  • Ongoing maintenance by GentBit

What these projects have in common

  • They plug into systems already in place (Clover registers, carrier systems) instead of replacing them.
  • Access is controlled: roles, member areas and decision history.
  • We keep evolving them after launch.

These are only a few examples. Other projects, closer to your context, can be shown during our first conversation.
