Can you maintain an application built by another firm?
Yes. We start with an audit: code quality, dependencies, hosting and backups. You get the list of risks and a takeover plan.
How do we report a problem?
By email to support@gentbit.com. Each request is ranked by severity and followed until it is resolved.
Do we keep ownership of the code?
Yes. The code, hosting and access stay in your name. If you change providers, you leave with everything.
